Kingsford Development Pte Ltd (“Kingsford Development”), incorporated in Singapore in 2011, is a subsidiary of the Kingsford Group which is involved in various businesses including real estate development, property management and manufacturing. The Kingsford Group’s real estate operations span China and Australia, focusing on commercial and residential properties.
Recognising the potential in Singapore’s property market, Kingsford Development commenced property development in 2012 with Kingsford Hillview Peak, a 512-unit condominium at Hillview Avenue. It then went on to develop Kingsford Waterbay, a residential development at Upper Serangoon View comprising a 1,165-unit condominium, retail shops and a childcare centre. Kingsford Development is currently developing Normanton Park, a residential development comprising a 1,862-unit condominium with retail shops.
Kingsford Development won the inaugural Singapore Prestige Brand Award 2019 – Global Brands. Organised by Association of Small & Medium Enterprises, the Singapore Prestige Brand Award recognises and honours brands that have been developed and managed effectively through various branding initiatives.
